General Conditions:
- Bookings must be made at least 10 business days in advance
- Payment must be made up to 10 business days before the event date
- In case of cancellation up to 10 business days before the event, a full refund of the amount paid will be made
- In case of cancellation within 10 business days preceding the event, there will be no refund
- Cancellations made the day before or on the day of the event may be credited for future use
- The visit and the workshop are subject to the availability of the factory
- The presented prices apply to groups, not to individual bookings
