What should I know about booking?
Our flexible rate lets you cancel for free up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, one night's charge applies. No-shows pay the full stay. Leaving early? We'll credit you for unused nights, valid for a year. Some offers have different rules, so double-check. We'll need your card details to secure the booking. Prices include VAT.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are welcome at Palácio do Governador. We are delighted to accommodate your furry friends during your stay in Lisbon, subject to a daily fee. Maximum 1 pet per room. Learn more
Is there parking at the resort?
Yes, we've got you covered. Park for free onsite. Driving electric? We have two Porsche charging stations ready for you.
When can I check in and out?
Rooms are ready from 3 pm. We ask you to leave by noon. Need more time? Ask at reception - if we can, we'll extend your stay for a small fee.
Can my children stay in our room?
Little ones under 2 sleep free in a cot. Kids 3-12 can use a sofa bed for €30 per night. Anyone over 12 pays €40 for the sofa bed. Let us know if you need a cot - we'll do our best to provide one.
